- 1. Lessen tasks for the moving staff! If the movers do less work, such as in packing, delivering items into the house, driving only- you can save on costs! 2. Dispose your belongings! While minimizing the item list to be moved can save on moving costs, keep in mind that there might not be a significant difference for 1-2 appliances or a few boxes!

- Our official hours of operation is from 9 AM - 6 PM everyday, but we have staff available for 24 hours. If there's a high volume of requests, there might be a wait time, but please wait patiently, and we'll assist you promptly!
- - Mover: Everything is packed and ready to go, and the movers assist with transportation and delivery alongside the customer! - Mover and Packer: Movers assist with packing lager appliances on site, though it's expected that most items are pre-packed by the customer. - All-inclusive: With minimal involvement from the customer, movers pack, transport, and deliver all belongings. Even unpacking and organizing can be accommodated. Prices are typically determined in the order: All-inclusive > Mover and Packer > Mover
- Packing in advance can make the moving process smoother and may also result in a more reasonable price! However, we can also accommodate your needs to turn your stressful moving day into a holiday! :)
- Various types of vehicles are available for transportation: cargo trucks, box trucks, wing body trucks, refrigerated trucks, freezer trucks, liftgate trucks, and etc. Customers can also request specific vehicles based on their preferences!
- In the event of damage to your belongings during transit, rest assured that our reputable company provides moving insurance with coverage of up to 30 million won! Our Marine Cargo Insurance Policy (MCIP) safeguards all stages of the relocation process, including packing, loading, unloading, and placement at the destination, ensuring comprehensive protection for domestic household goods. However, it's essential to note that there could be limitations to the extent of compensation provided.
- - After receiving the estimated quote, you can secure your reservation by paying the specified deposit. We offer various payment methods, such as cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfer. - The remaining balance can be paid directly to the moving staff upon completion of the service. If necessary, we are happy to provide a receipt, tax invoice, or cash receipt upon request.
- Certainly! VAT (Value Added Tax) at 10% is charged separately for these requests. These documents are issued during official business hours on weekdays. Please contact us at 010-4982-5224. Final payment detail and receipts can be only issued by the telecommunication sales contractor.
- While we endeavor to offer precise estimates to avoid unexpected charges, additional costs may arise due to the following reasons 1. Exceeding the contracted amount: When the volume of belongings surpasses the initially estimated quantity. 2. Discrepancies in moving conditions: Situations where the actual circumstances differ from the contracted moving conditions, such as inaccessible locations for the moving truck. 3. Delays due to customer-related issues: Instances where the move is postponed due to issues caused by the customer. 4. Inclement weather or natural disasters: Unforeseen events like adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that disrupt the moving process.
- To secure your requested move-in day, we kindly ask you to make a reservation deposit. Please follow the provided instructions to complete your deposit.
- (In situations where an elevator is inaccessible and transporting large items seems challenging, a ladder truck provides a viable solution. Here's why:) - Avoid Additional Costs: If there's no elevator accessible for the move, our movers may face increased exertion, potentially resulting in additional costs. Safe to be Safe: It offers the capability to reach higher or lower spots safely, addressing the limitations posed by conventional methods of transportation. When moving large items proves difficult through staircases, employing a ladder truck can facilitate the process. Customers can either directly request it or we can make arrangements through affiliated companies!
- - If one staff member can manage the move independently, we can provide extra compensation for the additional effort required. However, if the items prove too cumbersome for a single individual to handle, hiring additional staff is necessary. Customer assistance can greatly expedite the moving process, if available.
- - If you require a top or wing body vehicle to prepare for rain, kindly inform us beforehand. Changing the vehicle on the day of the move is possible, but it may incur additional charges. Typically, 1-ton cargo vehicles are transported securely with waterproof covers to minimize exposure to rain. Please consider that regardless of the type of vehicle, exposure to rain during loading and unloading may be unavoidable. Additional freight charges may apply due to rainy conditions.
