There's definitely a reason for the good reviews. The assigned drivers were very kind and gentlemanly. They had furniture that didn't fit the new place but worked until they found a solution. Despite the rain and long hours, they maintained a great attitude throughout. Even after the move, Move University's AS support was excellent and they quickly resolved issues. Would definitely use again :)

Really affordable compared to other companies! The mover was highly skilled so everything went smoothly. There were some delays but they were very understanding. Very satisfied!

Did two moves in one month - half-pack and no-pack. Was worried but both times the workers were kind and moved everything carefully without damage. Best of all, the price was cheap - great value. For anyone reading: if you have precious furniture, definitely get full-pack! No-pack doesn't include furniture wrapping. In my case, they were careful enough that nothing was damaged. Time taken matched what was explained during consultation.

I was so busy with the move that I'm writing this review a week late. It was my first time living alone - half excited, half worried. I didn't know the moving process at all and was extra nervous after reading about hidden charges. But the driver was incredibly kind and fast - finished everything in one hour. Despite having to carry a desk and bed up 4 floors with no elevator, he did it without complaint. Zero extra charges. I couldn't believe moving could be this easy. Much cheaper than anywhere else too!
Family Moving
I was worried given the tight schedule, but Move University put my mind at ease. From consultation they carefully checked the amount and layout, and on moving day the drivers arrived early and started packing meticulously. They were so kind, handled heavy furniture safely, and treated every small item with care. We were able to settle in quickly at the new place. Would definitely use again!
