The moving team was fantastic. They communicated clearly and worked with us on every detail. Started at 8am and finished by 2:30pm. Despite the ladder being unavailable for moving in, they handled everything swiftly. The 5-person team was incredible. The extra charge of 160,000 won for the ladder truck was as quoted. With our family of 5, we had a lot of stuff, but they managed it all efficiently. Great team, great price.

Team Manager Jeong was my lifesaver!!! Due to a communication error, the contract date was wrong - a month later than needed. She spent 2 hours urgently connecting me with a driver so there was no delay. Great price, fast consultation, and perfect crisis management. The driver was also absolutely perfect - clean loading, careful, and quick. I want Team Manager Jeong for my next move too!

They sent progress photos during the work which was reassuring, and during the final inspection they carefully double-checked everything with me. The sense of responsibility when they asked me to point out anything that wasn't perfect was impressive. Definitely coming back for move-in cleaning.

Punctual and clean finish. They arrived 10 minutes early and waited, which built immediate trust. I felt bad because there was more stuff than expected, but they moved everything without a single complaint.

The meticulous care in hand-wrapping each item to prevent even the smallest scratch was impressive. They placed furniture exactly where we wanted and incorporated our feedback immediately. They even explained how to use and maintain appliances. Most importantly, since we were moving to a new house, they laid protective boards on the floor and did steam cleaning after the move was complete!

We didn't have much stuff so we went with no-pack moving. They took good care of every item. They also moved appliances and furniture we were leaving behind to the requested spots. Much cheaper than other full-pack options. Would definitely use again.
