Family Moving
A last-minute move was decided in late September for end of October. The phone consultation was thorough - they checked the house layout first, then gave feedback based on photos I sent. I immediately signed the contract. The team leader explained everything from half-pack vs full-pack concepts to pricing. On moving day, the manager arrived right at the contracted 7am. He said to just go get coffee and leave everything to him - and when I came back, packing was done! True professionals.
Family Moving
The workers were incredibly kind and did a really thorough job. There were absolutely no additional charges, so we finished the move in good spirits. We'll definitely use them again next time.

Some information hadn't been properly communicated to the drivers, which was frustrating. But the company took quick action to address the issue. They checked and resolved a problem that could have been overlooked. Thank you.

A woman moving alone from an apartment to a studio - they helped me so much. I had a lot of heavy clothes and bags but they worked without showing any difficulty. It was raining so they brought a covered truck. I felt so grateful and guilty that I couldn't help more. Will definitely come back!

Had a half-pack move with Driver Lee! He was fast and clearly very experienced. Unlike some movers who just roughly place furniture, he carefully arranged everything exactly as requested. When an unexpected issue came up during the move, he sensibly came early to start moving things. Even my parents said he was excellent. Thanks to him, the move went smoothly!
