Punctual and clean finish. They arrived 10 minutes early and waited, which built immediate trust. I felt bad because there was more stuff than expected, but they moved everything without a single complaint.

The meticulous care in hand-wrapping each item to prevent even the smallest scratch was impressive. They placed furniture exactly where we wanted and incorporated our feedback immediately. They even explained how to use and maintain appliances. Most importantly, since we were moving to a new house, they laid protective boards on the floor and did steam cleaning after the move was complete!

We didn't have much stuff so we went with no-pack moving. They took good care of every item. They also moved appliances and furniture we were leaving behind to the requested spots. Much cheaper than other full-pack options. Would definitely use again.

My mother was so satisfied with the move. There was a bit more stuff than originally agreed, but they handled it without any extra charge. She was so grateful she gave them an extra 100,000 won. When we move, we're definitely using this company! Great value, complete satisfaction! Highly recommended!

Moving from a duplex to a duplex meant carrying every box individually - a really tough move. But everyone who came did such an excellent job. We were grateful and felt bad for how hard it was.
